Placing Orders
When you shop with us on raffiesgoodvibes.com, you’re making an offer to buy our goods. We’ll send you an email to confirm we got your order. If by any chance something you ordered isn’t available, we’ll let you know.
Availability
We try our best to keep the website running smoothly and show you what’s in stock. But hey, sometimes things sell out. If that happens, we’ll give you a heads-up as soon as we can.
Customs Stuff
If you’re shopping from outside the EU, you’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes. Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these for you, but you can check with your local customs office for details. Oh, and if your order gets rejected at customs, sorry, but we can’t refund you.

Returns
Bought something online and changed your mind? No problem! Just shoot us an email at support@raffiesgoodvibes.com within 14 days of receiving your items.
We’ll refund you within 7 to 10 business days of getting your return. Oh, but we can’t take returns from outside the EU, sorry!
Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and remains unworn and unwashed. Please note that if the item is returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee.
